Product Assembler / Technician (1 - 2 positions available)
100% Onsite in Ipswich, MA
Direct Hire: $20 - $23 per hour + profit sharing and company pays 75% of health insurance
Hours: 7 AM - 3:30 Monday - Friday
***This role involves assembling a variety of products pertaining to heating and electrical systems. The successful candidates will be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates must have:
- Excellent communication experience is a must
- Comfortable with fractions and decimals
- Meticulous workmanship / follows instructions easily
- Works effectively in a team-oriented setting
- Less than a 60 minute commute to Ipswich
Other experience: Prior manufacturing production experience is beneficial, but our client is willing to train the right people for this role:
- Assemble products according to blueprints, schematics and written instructions
- Identify and rectify any assembly errors
- Able to meet production quotas
- Strong attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy in a quality focused environment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors.
- Maintain accurate records of production output.
