The Quality Assurance Coordinator assists with identifying agents not meeting quality standards and recommends necessary coaching. They will also identify trends or opportunites to make recommendations for changes and/or improvements. The Quality Assurance Coordinator position will also be in charge of creating and maintaining all training materials including call scripts.

• Minimum of one-year CSR training experience.
• Minimum of two year's customer-service experience.
• Experience in monitoring contact center calls desired.
• Experience with Cisco phone systems.
• Knowledge of CSI/Virtual Observer preferred.
