JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Builds assemblies and various products to customer specifications making sure to follow work instructions and process information as needed. Maintain required production and scrap records.
- Assure that necessary parts are at the work area and make set-ups and adjustments to the core assembly, jig, test fixture, banding equipment, fin machine, tube saw and the tube stuff machine.
- Removes roll stock from container and threads fin machine making adjustments as needed following the trouble shooting procedure as outlined.
- Assemble product placing components from containers in the jig or fixture, perform inspection for quality, and remove once the core is constructed.
- Use safe operating procedures such as using hoist to removed finished product due to the weight and maintain a clean orderly work area.
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications:
Must be qualified to perform the duties of the occupation in accordance
with quality and quantity standards and to perform the physical, mental,
and visual requirements of the job in a safe and efficient manner.
High School Diploma or GED required.
