Job Description

Efficiency is efficacy when there's a place for everything and everything is in its place, but you also know the importance of taking a moment to showcase those winning customer service skills. You're the guru of organization, alphabetization, calendaring, and color coding at work and in your social circle and not shy about it. You can create and upkeep spreadsheets like nobody's business, while maintaining multiple calendars, and know all the data-dos and data don'ts. When no one noticed that typo or margin error, you did! Why? Because your attention to detail is impeccable.

Vital Farms is looking for a Crew Engagement Coordinator to work at our state-of-the-art production facility, Egg Central Station (ECS). We're looking for someone who is passionate about helping others and can also see how their day-to-day efforts can create an impact on a much larger scale.

  • Spread joy throughout the community as our Brand Ambassador. Be the ultimate hype person, spreading positivity and excitement with everyone you interact with! From hosting local organizations to building relationships, your mission is to ignite a spark of enthusiasm for Vital Farms in every interaction. Get ready to turn heads, make waves, and leave a lasting impression as you represent us with flair and charisma!
  • Help show our crews some appreciation by organizing crew meals and recognition.
  • Perform clerical duties as needed, such as sorting and distributing mail, managing office IT issues in partnership with IT, processing monthly credit card expense reports, ordering supplies, running reports, maintaining records, managing company-wide meeting room calendar system, filing, photocopying, and collating.
  • Provide supplementary on the ground coordination for the daily operations and special projects as needed.
