This role works in the HALEON's Saint Louis Manufacturing team. The purpose of the Manufacturing Operator role is to serve as the operational technical expert for area assigned and to provide support for all related activities in the Manufacturing Department

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Ensure quality and compliance in accordance with established procedures and standards of the Quality System
  • Comply with and support the Haleon Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures.
  • Operate and troubleshoot a variety of machinery. Operate the work saver and stand-up/sit-down lifts as needed. Utilize Manlifts. Perform line changeovers, which include cleaning, disassembly, reassembly of the line equipment and lubrication.
  • Support line performance, working closely with team associates for achievement of line standards.
  • Complete batch record documentation monitoring Right First-Time results and related Key Performance Indicators

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

  • Ability to lift 5-25 lbs. Frequently and occasionally lift drums, bags, and cases that weight up to 50 lbs.
  • Good oral and written communication
  • Team oriented and flexible.
  • High School Diploma
  • 1-year prior experience working in Manufacturing

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Detailed oriented
  • Ability to operate computer applications.

Location for this role South 4th Street in St. Louis MO

Hours: 6:00pm till 6:30am Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday Every Other Saturday 6:00pm till 2:30am

Pay: $22.00 an hour
