Your responsibilities

In summary, you'll:
- Lead procurement processes, managing the intricacies of purchase orders, contracts, and delivery coordination for commodities.
- Engage in strategic supplier selection, focusing on optimal service, cost, and quality.
- Ensure the punctual arrival of commodities, addressing any issues in delivery or quality promptly.
- Monitor market conditions, offering procurement insights influenced by current commodity trends and prices.
- Partner with diverse teams to align procurement with Reckitt's broader business strategies.
- Uphold meticulous procurement records and supplier data, contributing to our commitment to integrity and precision.

The experience we're looking for

- Proven experience in procurement or supply chain roles, with a savvy for commodities.
- A flair for negotiations, coupled with sharp analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional organisational skills, capable of juggling various tasks seamlessly.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage meaningfully with team members and suppliers.

US salary ranges

USD $64,000.00 - $96,000.00

US pay transparency

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
