WHO YOU ARE
1+ years of experience in Scrum Master role preferred.
Scrum Certifications desirable
Experience working in an Agile environment
Continuously seek to improve solution development processes and/or develops new approaches to achieving improvement consistent across the organization
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of specific specialisms, and provides expert advice regarding their application.
Supervise specialist consultancy.
Enable stakeholder engagement/ communications plans, including, for example; handling of complaints; problems and issues; managing resolutions; corrective actions and lessons learned; collection and dissemination of relevant information.
Use feedback from customers and stakeholders to help measure effectiveness of stakeholder management.
Help develop and enhance customer and stakeholder relationships.
Plan the delivery of leaning activities, based on learning objectives
Customize formal and informal learning activities, incorporating relevant scenarios and case studies.
Design appropriate environments, and deliver learning activities to specialist audiences.

USD 64,200.00 - 96,400.00 per year
Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $64,200.00 - $96,400.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
