Shift: Monday-Friday Day Shift

Job Summary:

Provide community-based mental health services to children, adolescents, and/or adults including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and intervention implementation. Collaborate with clients, families, and other stakeholders to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Utilize evidence-based practices focused on empowerment, skill-building, resilience, and approaches like Motivational Interviewing, CBT, and DBT.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide community-based mental health services to children, adolescents, and/or adults including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and intervention implementation.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and other stakeholders to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the client's specific needs and goals.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices like Motivational Interviewing, Positive Reinforcement, Trauma-Informed Strategies, CBT and DBT approaches.
  • Provide behavioral interventions and evidence-based treatments.
  • Coordinate care with other providers like physicians, schools, and community organizations.
  • Maintain accurate client records per policies and procedures.
  • Participate in staff training and development activities.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives through data collection and reporting.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to coordinate client care and support.
  • Develop relationships with stakeholders involved in the client's care.
  • Facilitate group sessions as needed for treatment goals.
  • For ACT/ACT TAY/IMPART roles: Knowledge of ACT model, processes and services.


Education and/or Experience Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, human services field or related field
  • OR Bachelor's in unrelated field with 2 years related experience
  • OR 4-year combination of education and 2 years related experience
  • OR Associate's in Behavioral Health Support
  • OR 4 years qualifying experience (see details below)
  • *Qualifying experience must include:
  • Delivering services to those with mental health, substance use or developmental disorders
  • Providing individual or group rehabilitation/habilitation services
  • Teaching coping skills and encouraging use of resources
  • Supporting employment, family, school and community functioning
  • Assisting in achieving individual treatment plan goals


Employment Requirements:

Successful background check
Complete new hire orientation within 30 days
Complete all trainings per requirements
Extensive knowledge of program policies and procedures
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
Age 21+ to operate company vehicle, 23+ for 15-passenger van
Reliable transportation to transport clients, valid auto insurance


Physical Requirements:

Sedentary work - exerting up to 10 lbs of force occasionally, negligible force frequently
Primarily sitting, with some walking/standing briefly
Meets ADA criteria for sedentary work
