Your Role: You will be responsible for the configuration of our PIM (Product Information Management) application, utilized by various departments at Dot. You actively will solicit input from business stakeholders, understand a range of business processes and provide guidance on best practices of the systems supported. You also will work closely with internal and external customers to execute new product features to meet the changing needs and requirements of users.

  • Provide application troubleshooting and problem resolution to the applications assigned, continually monitor, and resolve application issues, and provide advice and training to end users.
  • Identify and create solutions to reoccurring application issues.
  • Work closely with IT Development staff and support vendors to solve system issues.
  • Implement, test, document, and integrate new solutions and integrations in the applications assigned.
  • Understand Dot's applications, supporting infrastructure, and systems integration while also staying current with new technologies and solutions by attending technical training, seminars, or workshops.
  • Apply lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position.

Role Specifics:

  • Travel - Occasional overnight travel to internal and industry events. Must have ability to travel independently as needed, without restriction by all modes of transportation, including car, plane, or train
  • Schedule - Occasional off hours support will be required

We Need You To Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Dot Experience
  • Strong business analysis and communication skills
  • Practical knowledge of PL SQL and troubleshooting skills

We'd Like You To Have:

  • Experience with help desk ticket tracking system
  • Experience administrating and/or configuring EnterWorks or other PIM/MDM system
  • Understanding of the Dot Foods business model and internal processes.
  • Experience in administration tasks of any software
