Job Description
Position Title: Claims Support
Wage: $15-$17/hour
Shift: 1st
Hours: 8am-5pm Monday-Friday
QPS Employment Group is hiring for a Claims Support role in the Springfield area. This is an associate to hire opportunity.
Claims Support Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls from doctor's offices, lawyer's offices, and other venues
- 3rd party medical insurance biller
- Data entry
- Customer service and computer
- Computer documenting and charting
Claims Support Requirements:
- Background check
- Pass clerical assessments
- Data entry skills
- Clerical skills
