Job Description

Order Processing is a vital part of the warehouse. This will be the associate who prints out all of the orders for the warehouse floor, sorts the orders, and distributes them accordingly.

Orders are printed here, on collates.

They are then divided into the different area (Bulk, Ship Alone and Case Seal) depending on where they will need to be picked from. Each department picks up their printed orders throughout the day and fill them with product. The collates are left in the box after picking as a receipt for the customer.

Sometimes, orders have issues with item detentions, or shipping conflicts with the address the order is shipped to, or errors in the shipping address, or an array of other issues like these. These issues are spotted here and resolved before the order goes to the floor.

Associate responsibilities will also include:

- HighJump and DAX knowledge

- Running Pickwave and Pickwave report

- APOs, UPS Worldwide, Freight, 51 International, OPM-D

- Backorders Pickwave

- Throughput cutoff

- Expedited Orders

- Printer Problems and IT Issues

- Manifest errors
