As a Digital Workplace Application Lead, you'll be responsible for digital workplace strategies and initiatives that transform and enable the workplace of today and the future.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Implement, manage, support, and continually improve digital workplace technology and integration with adjacent technologies to increase application adoption and proficiency, enhance employee experience, and support business outcomes
- Assess employee challenges and experience, application usage requirements, workflows and features, then develop and manage the digital workplace strategy and roadmap
- Measure performance, adoption, employee sentiment, satisfaction, engagement, productivity, and business outcomes using objective KPIs and dashboards
- Partner with corporate facilities to design a flexible and connected work environment that supports hybrid work, enriches the employee experience, and supports the future of work
- Direct the awareness of and experimentation with disruptive and innovative digital workplace technologies such as AI, ML, IoT, AR/VR/SR and immersive meeting solutions
- Publish content that improves: employee training and onboarding, application adoption and proficiency, workflow compliance, data accuracy
- Establish/lead/facilitate focus groups, centers of excellence, and communities of practice
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree in applicable field
- 5+ years of leading Digital Employee Experience and Digital Workplace initiatives including communication, collaboration, and productivity using Microsoft Office and Power Platform products
- 3-5 years of innovation and organizational change management experience
- 3-5 years of business stakeholder/champion management experience
- Experience driving cultural and behavioral change, and technology adoption
- Proven ability to create business cases and ensure support from executives and business partners.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to explain digital concepts to business leaders
YOU MAY ALSO HAVE
- Experience leading Digital Workplace projects to successful implementation and adoption
- Experience defining business cases and outcomes related to the digital workplace and employee experience
ROLE SPECIFICS
- Travel - Occasional overnight travel monthly for company meetings. Must have ability to travel independently as needed, without restriction by all modes of transportation, including car, plane, or train.
- Schedule - ability to work flexible hours; may include evening & weekend hours as needed
