Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
* Follow P.F.H.'s policies and child care regulations, establishing structured environments and employing age-appropriate behavior modification methods
* Design lesson plans, involve fellow teachers, and manage classroom setup and cleanup
* Communicate proactively with directors, clinicians, and parents about children's progress and needs
* Prepare nutritious meals, coordinate field trips, and safeguard children's belongings
* Schedule classrooms and develop activities for optimal skill development
* Delegate tasks, coach assistants, and purchase necessary supplies
* Remain flexible with work schedules due to fluctuating childcare census

Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 1-3 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
