Shift: Monday-Friday (8 AM - 5 PM)

Job Summary:
Seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Compliance Audit Coordinator to support our Compliance Office in managing internal and external auditing and monitoring programs. The ideal candidate will excel in reviewing medical records and verifying claim details against Medicare guidelines and relevant legislation. Key Responsibilities:
* Manage internal and external auditing and monitoring programs
* Review medical records and verify claim details against Medicare guidelines
* Identify inconsistencies in billing, coding, and documentation
* Investigate discrepancies and recommend corrective actions
* Educate providers on regulatory updates and best practices
* Document investigation procedures and compile written reports

Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
* Minimum of two years' experience in compliance and behavioral health (preferred)
* Bachelor's degree preferred

Additional Qualifications:
* Acute attention to detail and robust analytical prowess
* Solid understanding of federal and state laws and regulations governing healthcare reimbursement
* Exceptional writing skills, conveying complex ideas simply and persuasively
* Well-versed in ICD-10-CM coding conventions and medical necessity criteria
* Committed to delivering outstanding customer service
