Responsibilities:
- Transfer tools, components, parts, equipment, and supplies to and from work stations and other areas.
- Organize department tooling
- Supplies inventory
- Assist shop technicians with maintenance & repair of equipment.
- Help maintain the yard
- Load and unload trucks
- Support contamination control expectations
- Remove trash and recycling
- Clean in shop & facility
- Wash machines in the wash bay
- Move equipment around the yard
- Run floor scrubber
- Operate a forklift
Qualifications:
- Able to work independently
- Team-player and willing to help wherever needed
- Maintains safe and organized work area
- Mechanical aptitude is preferable
- Excellent customer service skills
- Personal Attributes: Dependable, Flexible, positive attitude, hard-working
- Able to work up to 28 hours per week
- 18+ years old
Minimum Physical Requirements:
Push/pull up to 25 lbs
Lift/carry up to 25 lbs
Lift bulky objects
Standing, walking, using hands, talking, hearing, neck rotation, trunk rotation, stair climbing, ladder climbing, repetitive bending, kneeling, sustained squat, forward reaching, overhead reaching, supine overhead reaching, crawling, bin lift, high steps, fingering/grasping - able to use bolt box.
Working Conditions may be indoor and/or outdoor. Noise level may be loud at times.
