* An Associate' degree in Industrial Technology or a qualifying field and a combination of formal training, work experience and professional tested experience that provide a foundation in the specific subject matter being taught; OR

* A combination of education, formal training, an apprenticeship in a related field, and professional tested experience; OR

* A high school diploma/GED or higher and formal training, such as an apprenticeship in a related field and 5 years of professional tested experience.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Demonstrated Industrial Electrical skills, electrical controls, and troubleshooting

Work Hours
Normally scheduled Monday through Friday; however, may be required to work other shifts to include evenings and/or weekends. Schedule subject to change based upon department needs.
Compensation Salary is commensurate with education and experience. Special Instructions to Applicants
PLEASE NOTE: This position is contingent on budget-appropriated funding. Position available Fall 2024 unless otherwise approved.

Preferred Areas of Expertise:
  • Bachelor's in industrial electrical/ industrial engineering technology, technical education or related discipline
  • Two (2) or more years of teaching experience
  • Experience with automated welding processes
  • Completion of a DOL approved apprenticeship program
  • Demonstrated PLC programming
  • Demonstrated HMI programming
  • Demonstrated Industrial Networking (I.I. OT)
  • Demonstrated Industrial Robotics and associated controls
