Job Overview:

We are currently hiring for someone to join our team in St. Louis, MO as an Clinical Supervisor. In this role you will play a vital role in overseeing the delivery of services within your assigned area or team, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Your role involves providing clinical supervision to staff, conducting multidisciplinary staffings, and participating in leadership meetings. We are seeking a qualified candidate with a Master's Degree in a relevant field and professional licensure, preferably with experience in program management and staff supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards within your scope of responsibility.
  • Provide clinical supervision to assigned staff, including monthly individual caseload staffing and progress monitoring.
  • Offer case consultation and support to clinicians, paraprofessional, and administrative staff as needed.
  • Conduct multidisciplinary staffings and facilitate team meetings.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise new and current team members.
  • Attend regular leadership meetings and required trainings.
  • Review and approve staff timesheets, paid time off requests, and expenses in accordance with PFH payroll cycles.
  • Participate in long-range quality improvement processes and program management activities.

Education and Experience Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in an applicable field of social science or administrative study is required.
  • Professional licensure in good standing with respective state boards is preferred.
  • Experience in program management, staff supervision, and budget management is desirable.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to advocate for clients and manage a complex program effectively.
