Overview

To provide high-quality clinical neurodiagnostic testing for interpretation by a pediatric neurophysiologist.

Responsibilities
    Performs electroencephalogram testing within the Guidelines of the American Clinical Neurophysiology Society on patients ranging in age from newborn to 21 years of age.
  • Provides care with consideration of patient?s age, diagnosis, psycho-social characteristics and family stressors that affect abillty to understand or retain instructions. Maintain service excellence in all aspects of neurophysiology lab operations.
  • Maintains efficient operations of the neurophysiology laboratory.
  • Demostrates commitment to teamwork, quality improvement, and learning.
Qualifications
  • HS diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years experience
    • Experience in a clinical role is preferred
    • Student experience gained through the neurodiagnostic program is accepted.
  • Currently enrolled in or a graduate of an accredited neurodiagnostic program preferred
  • Registry Eligible EEG Preferred
Starting Pay

Our pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $22.13/hr, but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience.

Remote Work/Work from Home

This position is not eligible work remotely, which means that the person hired will be required to work onsite at one of our Children's Mercy locations and may not work from home.
