Description

Your Role: Work closely with the DC HR Manager and administrative team to support the hiring process, company benefits administration, company programs and other special projects, as needed.

  • Maintains ongoing databases of current employees, training hours, etc.
  • Assists in the hiring process by scheduling interviews and pre-employment testing, as well as administering reference checks and background checks
  • Enters new hire paperwork and benefits into HR tracking system
  • Processes regular payroll reporting
  • Updates and maintains applicant tracking system data
  • Accurately records safety information, per OSHA regulations
  • Provides ongoing clerical support for DC Management personnel
  • Applies lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position.

Role Specifics:

  • Involves environment of sitting for extended periods of time and performing data entry

We Need You To Have:

  • High school diploma or General Equivalency Degree (GED)
  • Strong organization skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at any given time
  • Strong communication skills
