Overview

Responsibilities

The RFP team is a part of NISA's Client Services Group and focuses on preparing written proposals to seek new business. It also serves as a resource to respond to all types of written due diligence on NISA that allows the firm to serve our clients and their consultants better by providing transparency. The RFP Analyst will be responsible for assisting with incoming requests received by the team. Frequently, this will require coordinating and working closely with senior subject matter experts in the firm to craft an appropriate response. The successful candidate must have strong attention to detail and should be willing to write, edit and proof-read responses. Comfort with Excel and basic formulas is also desired since the candidate will be expected to utilize and compile information from proprietary Excel workbooks. In addition, this position will be responsible for managing and updating content in the proposals platform (RocketDocs).

Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree in a field requiring strong analytical skills
  • Relevant industry-related experience preferred
  • Strong writing, organization, and project management skills
  • Attentive to detail and willing to collaborate
  • General knowledge of financial services and securities industry preferred
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experience in working with RFP content software is a plus
