As a paid Marketing Co-op, you will assist the Category Marketing Lead for heating and cooling controls. They will be responsible for leading the catalog refresh initiative, and they will work cross functionally with product management, engineering and the creative group. They will be responsible for aligning all assets with correct content including catalog, website, PIM, specification sheets, instructions sheets, mobile app, and WR sync. They will also work cross functionally to create content for the online meeting platform and online training initiative for heating and cooling controls.

• Lead catalog refresh project
• Update marketing assets and review for alignment across all marketing assets and tools
• Create training presentations
• Inventory and manage the product image library
• Support content creation and accuracy of website pages
• Inventory WR sync for missing content
• Assist with product launch activities
• Coordinate promotional creation and reporting

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree; completed minimum of 5 semesters coursework
• 3.0 GPA or higher
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
• Analytical and strong organizational skills, with excellent verbal and written ability
• Proficiency with related software tools including but not limited to Microsoft Office
